What if dance could become a daily ritual of joy, liberation?

Dance naturally releases dopamine, yet we rarely tap into its full potential for healing.

I imagine an app that encourages freestyle movement—guiding users with minimal prompts, helping them unlock their natural rhythm, and rewarding them with points for simply showing up and moving. The idea for this project came during my recent trip to Kazakhstan for Tribal KZ, where I attended a workshop by Illan Rivière. With just a few minimal yet intentional cues, Illan created a space where movement became meditative—hypnotic even. That experience revealed how dance, when approached without structure or performance pressure, can be profoundly liberating.
